Joy joined our team in the summer of 2024, bringing with her a wealth of experience from the medical and insurance fields. With several years of expertise, she is well-equipped to contribute to our mission of providing exceptional service and support to our clients. Having lived in Lancaster County since childhood, Joy has deep roots in the community. She is a proud mother of four daughters, two of whom have recently embarked on their college journeys. In her spare time, Joy enjoys gardening, which allows her to connect with nature and unwind; she also loves solving jigsaw puzzles, and spending time at the beach.
