Richard J. Walters is the founder of Comprehensive Benefit Marketing Services, Inc. and Comprehensive Financial Planning, Inc. He earned his B.S. at the University of Richmond and holds the Certified Financial Planning certification since 1987. In April 2014, he earned the Accredited Investment Fiduciary designation. He is involved in several local business boards. In 2010, Richard was voted one of the best financial planners in Lancaster County.
